It's time for our weekly health check up on Thursdays with Dr. John Hayes! This week, we were also joined by Julia Swartz MSW, LICSW who is certified in mental health & nutrition. We talked all about how your gut can help you feel happy (or sad) and how important your daily diet is in supporting your best self. Julia Swartz has a 6 week program called Food & Mood that assists individuals in redefining their relationship with food and setting up success for future healthy decisions. 2025 program is filling up fast.
