Rob and Beth are starting their week off right with More Comfort Monday from Diane Jordan of Natural Body Works in Kingston.
For this week, Diane wanted to discuss the importance of knowing when to apply heat to your body, or when to use ice:
This is a common question with muscle or joint pain. I’m going to explain the basics, so people can have an idea of which to use.
Wherever we have muscle and joint pain we have too much lymphatic fluid aka inflammation. Inflammation varies depending upon the cause of the pain. So, the first thing is to know what kind of pain it is.
Listen in as Diane explains what heat and ice are typically used for and how a special combination of both could be the quicker path to healing better:

Tuesdays are for Rob and Beth's special software "update" because that is when their technical connoisseur David Snell joins the morning show for Tech Talk from ACT Smart I.T. in Wareham.
A serious situation was discussed this morning as the company 23 and Me, a genetic testing company, is facing bankruptcy and an eventual sell-off. This concerns the I.T. professional David because he is always thinking about the data that exists within. Where will all the 23 and Me customer's DNA go? Or better question: Who will end up OWNING all this DNA/genetic data now!?  You can read David's full blog article by clicking here.

There are a ton of astrological happenings this week with Mercury and Venus Retrograde finally ending, and an upcoming full moon. Thankfully, it is time for Rob and Beth's weekly realignment with Diane Jordan of Natural Body Works in Kingston.
Last week on More Comfort Monday, Diane discussed the "I Command" healing technique that helped her client relieve pain from a past injury. This week, Diane Jordan is taking the "I Command" technique into the realm of healing your relationship with yourself and the surrounding world:
Last week we talked about my I Command Self-healing technique that I use and teach clients. I Command Self-healing combines working with our spiritual support and self-hypnosis to command our thoughts, feelings, and the cells in our body in the ways we want. I spoke of my client with the knee injury. We’ve been using hypnosis, self-hypnosis and I Command Self-healing to get her past a healing block and avoid a 3rd surgery. I Command can also be used to move out of negative emotions, create our enhanced emotional state and attract what we want and like.
