Our seasoned, advice guru Alexandra Slater, a.k.a. The Hingham Housewife, stopped by to tackle our listeners' dilemmas and life problems. This week, we're discussing gift giving, the "art" of re-gifting, and what is proper protocol for either/or.
Here is our listener submission:
Dear Housewife:
Is it bad form to "regift" what I got last year at our office holiday party to the same Yankee Swap this year?
Rob and Beth had certain opinions about this, as did our Hingham Housewife. Listen in while we discuss the rights, the wrongs, and the merry of it all during this holiday's gift giving season.

It is a good thing Rob and Beth have David Snell, otherwise they would be lost in the tech world and not understand any of the latest developments. This is a big one as most offices and homes have a Microsoft computer running on Windows 10. Well...Microsoft is ramping up the efforts for you to upgrade that Windows 10... to Windows 11. ACT Smart I.T.'s David talks all about it in his latest blog which you can find the full version by clicking here.
What does this mean for people who are in this dilemma? A lot of offices will probably be affected by this so David discusses what we should do. Listen and find out!

Rob and Beth were super excited to check out the new location of the Museum of Ice Cream, which is right nearby in the Seaport District of Boston! It was such a fun day of tasting 5 different ice creams (!), learning about ice cream around the world, and jumping into a pool of sprinkles! Check out our pictures below and listen to our interview with co-founder Manish Vora, whose official "ice cream" name is "Flavor Flav".
Manish talks about the nostalgic feeling that is so heavily incorporated into the museum and what is so exciting about this new location:

We are less than 10 days away from the big day...Christmas! Do not scramble for gifts as Diane Jordan of Natural Body Works in Kingston has the best idea for giving back to your parents or other relatives: a gift certificate for a massage/reflexology or other services!
For this week's More Comfort Mondays segment, Diane recalled one of her customers receiving massages as a gift from her son and how it helped with her ailments and health problems: balance problems, foot neuropathy, achy joints, arthritis, low mood and fatigue, just to name a few.
Diane sat down with the client and created a plan for the session so everyone understood what would be worked on and feel comfortable throughout. After some sessions, the client had an improvement in her ailments and her son was so happy to see that!
Consider giving the gift of massage, or other services, this holiday season. Listen below as Diane talks about the holiday deals from Natural Body Works and how clients can improve from all the services offered:
