We are less than 10 days away from the big day...Christmas! Do not scramble for gifts as Diane Jordan of Natural Body Works in Kingston has the best idea for giving back to your parents or other relatives: a gift certificate for a massage/reflexology or other services!
For this week's More Comfort Mondays segment, Diane recalled one of her customers receiving massages as a gift from her son and how it helped with her ailments and health problems: balance problems, foot neuropathy, achy joints, arthritis, low mood and fatigue, just to name a few.
Diane sat down with the client and created a plan for the session so everyone understood what would be worked on and feel comfortable throughout.  After some sessions, the client had an improvement in her ailments and her son was so happy to see that!

It is time to reset our body and mind for the week on More Comfort Monday with Diane Jordan of Natural Body Works in Kingston. This week, Diane discussed how she was able to cure a chronic, and mysterious, 3 month-long headache for a client. After trying to alleviate this pain through doctor's appointments and medication, the client went to Diane who was able to identify an occipital headache. Through massage and ice therapy, the headache disappeared. Listen in as Diane talks all about this success story and what you can do for mystery pains in your own body.

It was so great meeting local entrepreneurs Chris Greene & Trish O'Leary who are the founders of a new organization called YoPro. The YoPro program is designed to build confidence specifically in Gen Z individuals and build the basic foundational skill blocks needed in an office and corporate environment. This 1-on-1 coaching session could also include mock interviewing, resume drafting, and cultivating connections for networking.
