Our October feature, South Shore Spooks, continues this week as we step aboard the last remaining heavy cruiser, the USS Salem in Quincy. The ship is steeped in history with its past as a makeshift hospital in the Mediterranean Sea during the Ionian Earthquake crisis of 1953, many trips across the Atlantic Ocean, and finally resting now in the same place it was built: the old Quincy Shipyard near Quincy Point. Listen in as we tour the boat with Navy Veteran and paranormal investigator Don DeCristofaro.
